Abstract Submission

Instructions:

  • The presenting Author/ Investigator must have registered for the conference to upload the abstract.

  • If the Presenting Author wishes to submit more than one abstract, then the details of each abstract must be uploaded separately.

  • The details of the Co-authors/ Co-investigator (Name, Designation and Affiliation) must be entered during the Abstract submission.

  • Please prepare and upload your abstract in a structured format including the following sections: Title, Background/Rationale with Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion/Recommendation. Each section has a character limit (refer to the submission portal), followed by Key words. Please adhere strictly to these limits.

  • Do NOT combine all sections into one paragraph.

  • Use clear and concise scientific language.

  • Avoid abbreviations unless necessary.

  • Do NOT include references, tables or figures.

  • Ensure results include relevant numerical findings.

  • Last Date for Abstract Submission: 15th June 2026

Abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster presentations. Submissions aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well- being) are highly encouraged. Please ensure that your abstract follows the prescribed guidelines before uploading. Incomplete or incorrect entries may lead to rejection of the submission.
